Public website

The public consulting pages have no contact form, advertising trackers, or visitor analytics scripts. Fonts and site assets are served with the website. Cloudflare hosts the site and processes requests to deliver and protect it.

Appearance preference

The site starts in light mode. If you use the light/dark toggle, a cookie named zc_theme saves your choice for one year in this browser. It stores only your theme preference and is not used for tracking. You can change the setting with the toggle or clear the cookie in your browser.

Contact by email

Choosing an email link opens your email application. Information you send is used to respond to your inquiry and discuss the work. Please avoid sending confidential client records in an initial inquiry; we can agree an appropriate channel if needed.

Archived articles and external services

Some archived articles include YouTube presentations or GitHub code embeds. Those services receive requests when their embedded content loads and may use cookies or process information under their own policies. Ordinary external links take you to independently operated websites.

Protected proposals

Invited-reader proposal pages have separate functionality. Authentication uses browser cookies and verification codes or recipient access links. Proposal activity can be linked to the verified reader, including slide views, active viewing time, clicks, and scroll milestones. Submitted chat questions and answers are saved for the proposal owner to review. The entrance explains this before verification.

For the current protected proposal, activity records are retained for up to 90 days. Reader sessions can last up to 180 days unless revoked. Chat history remains until the owner removes it. The proposal provides an analytics opt-out, and its activity tracking respects Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. Authentication and submitted chat can still function with activity tracking disabled.
